Who are you if you never say what you really mean?
How do you find the words to say what you want to say?
KIND WORDS FROM PAST PARTICIPANTS:

WHO AM I?
I spent so much time at rock bottom that I rented a condo to renovate. I know what it’s like to wrestle with emotions that feel too big to hold. For a long time, I locked pain up tight, mistook repression for regulation, and leaned on chemicals, daydreaming, and distraction to calm the anxious discomfort that came from ignoring my heart.
Writing has since become my sanctuary, a tool for making sense of distress, and a daily way of wrestling my truth away from the lies I convincingly feed myself sometimes. It's made me a better person, partner, friend, and father, helping me show up more fully in every relationship. Writing reminds me who I am: Dr. Jeremy Fucking Goldberg.
For nearly a decade, I’ve coached a diverse range of folks - from CEOs and Ironman champions to therapists, professors, artists, and yoga teachers. I’ve also hosted over a dozen retreats worldwide, guiding people to uncover their truest selves by writing new identities and bold visions for unfolding futures.
I want to help you do the same.
