The itinerary will be flexible to suit the needs of the group and to maximise results, intentional integration time, and permanent change. Below is an outline of the event but please do expect the unexpected. There will be SURPRISE BONUSES, so be prepared to feel supported, warm and fuzzy, challenged, opened and sometimes, maybe a tiny bit uncomfortable.
PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase Option 1, you are welcome to join us at the welcome dinner on August 15, attend the morning meditation/exercise, and then join us at the house from 10am to 7pm each day thereafter.
August 15 - Focus: Arrive, connect, get grounded, and open up. Get to the house at 5pm and enjoy a delicious group dinner and a surprise experience to get you a out of your head and ready for an embodied weekend.
August 16 - Focus: Be here now. Start the day with an (optional) empowered meditation after an epic heart-pumping workout before breakfast. Dive into the first workshop, followed by lunch, and then another workshop in the early afternoon. The whole evening is free for you to explore, get outdoors, be alone or connect with the rest of the participants. We have a special BONUS challenge for those of you wanting to dive deeper. Another nourishing whole food dinner awaits, prepared by our own private chefs.
August 17 - Focus: Dive deep and get clear. We rise early as a connected family, heading into a secret outdoor adventure before returning for a short workshop, followed by a badass meal and another surprise.
August 18 - Focus: Make it real. Start the day with an optional morning meditation and workout before breakfast. Join us for a delicious breakfast, a short workshop to solidify the weekend's insights, and then lunch before you head off into the world, empowered and excited around 2pm.

Amber Hawken serves private companies, government institutions, and education systems through retreats, keynote speaking, books, private coaching, online programs, workshops, and festivals. She also founded Calm Mind Project, shaping conscious leaders and shifting cultures around mindfulness, meditation and self-awareness. A Diploma of Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, and a Deep State Re-Patterning Therapist, Amber is the author of The Unfuckwithable Life and hosts the podcast and YouTube series, The Amber Hawken Show.

6:00 am - 7:00 am — Silent Experience. Use this time to meditate, journal, and explore your inner life without distraction, conversation or interruption. For many of you, this will be the first time in years you’ve had the opportunity to start consecutive days in a deeply meditative fashion and we encourage you to take advantage of this.
7:00 am - 8:00 am — Movement practice. Yoga, all levels workouts, stretching, and more. This is a time to wake up and celebrate your body.
8:00 am - 9:00 am — Delicious breakfast created by our resident chefs.
9:00 am - 10:00 am - Free time
10:00 am - 11:45 am — Morning workshop
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm — Lunch and personal integration time

Byron Bay’s mild, temperate climate makes it a perfect place to holiday year round. With sunny days and warm temperatures common for most of the year, Byron Bay is the ideal beach holiday destination.
Temperatures are likely to range from 13-21 degrees Celsius. Surfers will need a wetsuit, but the water is clear and the skies are generally cloud free and perfect for warming yourself in the sun. We recommend packing some warm clothes because it gets a bit chilly in the evening!
Food will be provided by our amazing private chefs and will be vegetarian and primarily gluten free. Lunch will be provided for all guests, and for those staying with us, we will have breakfast, lunch, and dinner available. Our goal is to have you experience health, simplicity, and a vibrant experience in your body throughout the entire time you’re with us. We’re going to make sure you’re completely satisfied, buzzing from head to toe, and exquisitely nourished. This is a hell yes experience, and yes, there will be coffee and tea provided and available each day. We can also cater to food allergies and preferences so please let us know if you have specific requirements.
